Interference of Mir Faraj Allah's brother-in-laws, 1928
Includes a telegram by the attorney of Mir Faraj Allah Rizayi complaining against the Court of Justice in Kurdistan, claiming that his client's brother-in-laws, who are also his paternal cousins, have used their influence on the court and interfered with the property cases involving his client. Therefore, he deems the court partial and requests that his client's case be transferred to a court in Kirmanshah, Hamadan, or Garus. The wife of Mujarrab al-Dawlah, the former agent in Kurdistan, complains to the Majlis against ʻAbbas Khan Sardar Rashid. After the Constitutional Revolution and its aftermath, the chaos created in Kurdistan by Salar al-Dawlah, ʻAbbas Khan Sardar Rashid has tyrannized Kurdistan and seized the property of Mujarrab al-Dawlah's wife.
